Why the second phase of the virus is supposed to be (potentially) so dangerous? I read the same happened in the 1918 Flu Pandemic. It killed relatively few in the first phase (which Britain is experiencing now) but returned Autumn 1918 and killed vast numbers. What happens to the virus between first and second phases? Mutation? How can we best prepare for that now?
